While BinaryShield 99% ensures the highest level of professional care, offensive security testing carries inherent risks to system stability. BinaryShield is not liable for data loss, service interruptions, or system downtime occurring during authorized testing phases, provided such testing followed the agreed-upon Rules of Engagement.

4. Zero-Tolerance Policy

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for malicious "Black Hat" activities. Any evidence of our tools being used for criminal purposes will result in immediate termination of access and, where required by law, cooperation with global cybersecurity authorities.

5. Confidentiality & Data Protection

BinaryShield handles sensitive vulnerability data. We commit to strict non-disclosure agreements (NDA) and the secure destruction of sensitive client data following the completion of remediation verification.

6. Ethical Conduct
